Know how listings, payments, shipping, and support work before you buy or sell.
Anyone can browse marketplace listings and card photos. Bidding, buying, selling, and drawing entries require sign-in and a completed member profile. An account verifies access to a sign-in method; it is not a background check, identity guarantee, or authenticity certificate.
New card listings require at least one photo and can include multiple photos and a short video. Front and back views are recommended. Sellers must describe the exact card, condition, defects, and any grading accurately. Review photos and ask questions before committing.
VaultBid uses Stripe to process payments. Card and bank details are handled through Stripe’s payment and onboarding flows. VaultBid is not certified or endorsed by Stripe, and payment processing does not authenticate a card.
The buyer service fee and complete total appear at checkout. Sellers see their 12% commission and processing-fee responsibility when listing. Read how fees work.
The listing seller fulfills the order. Sellers must ship to the paid order’s address with tracking within 7 days. Seller proceeds are subject to the delivery window: 5 days after buyer-confirmed delivery, or 15 days after the seller marks the order shipped. Refunds, disputes, unresolved issues, or unavailable processing-fee information may delay or reverse a payout. This is not a separate escrow or insured protection account.
The store handles fulfillment for VaultBid Shop orders. The marketplace seller delivery hold does not apply to store proceeds; Stripe settlement and bank payout timing still apply. Product availability and shipping details should be reviewed before payment.
Report a missing, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed item through support. Include the order number and a description. Keep packaging and photos, and do not confirm delivery while an issue is unresolved. Refunds are reviewed rather than guaranteed automatically. Read the refund process.
Counterfeit and stolen items, misleading grading, bid manipulation, and requests to pay outside VaultBid are prohibited. Card text scans help prepare listings; they do not authenticate, professionally grade, or guarantee a card’s value. Report suspicious listings through support.
Reviews can be submitted by the buyer after an eligible delivered purchase. We verify a completed live payment before accepting a review; test payments and self-purchases do not qualify. Reviews describe a buyer’s experience, not an authenticity certification. No reward is offered for a positive review.
VaultBid is in public beta. Checkout and seller payouts are still being verified. We do not advertise third-party certification, guaranteed transactions, or supplier approval we have not received.
