Member accounts
You must be at least 18 to create an account or transact. Keep your account secure and provide accurate contact and shipping information. Do not impersonate others or use someone else’s payment or payout account.
Listings and purchases
VaultBid connects collectors with sellers. Sellers are responsible for owning the items they list, using accurate photos and descriptions, disclosing condition and defects, and fulfilling paid orders. Counterfeit, stolen, illegal, or misleading listings are prohibited. VaultBid may remove listings that violate these rules.
Bids are commitments to purchase if you win. Buy Now checkout reserves an item temporarily; the order is paid only after payment confirmation. Do not send payment outside VaultBid for a VaultBid order. External seller links are separate websites with their own terms.
Fees, shipping, and payouts
Marketplace buyers pay a 15% service fee on the sale price. The full total is disclosed at checkout before payment. Direct VaultBid Store purchases have no separate marketplace buyer service fee; listed shipping and applicable tax are added. The Mew & Mewtwo drawing has free entry and a 15% buyer service fee on the purchase if selected. Sellers pay 12% commission on the sale price plus actual Stripe processing fees and pay shipping separately. VaultBid retains the buyer service fee and seller commission. Sellers must purchase their own tracked shipping label, ship to the address on the paid order, and add valid carrier tracking within 7 days. VaultBid holds the seller's net sale proceeds and releases them to the seller's Stripe balance 5 days after the buyer confirms delivery, or 15 days after the seller marks the order shipped. Stripe then sends eligible funds to the seller's bank according to the seller's Stripe payout schedule. Refunds, disputes, suspected fraud, invalid tracking, or order problems may delay, stop, or reverse a payout.
Pro and scan credits
VaultBid Pro costs $25 per month and renews automatically until cancelled. Pro provides seller insights and CSV exports. Scan credits are purchased separately. Cancel renewal on the membership page; access continues for the paid period. Credits are tied to the purchasing account. One credit is used per successful text scan; failed scans use no credits.
Scans extract text to help prepare a listing. They do not certify authenticity, assign a professional grade, or guarantee value. Check every suggested detail before publishing.
Community and releases
Do not harass members, publish private information, manipulate bidding, or post deceptive promotions. Members are responsible for their linked streams. Retailers manage their own free-entry releases, selection rules, availability, and fulfillment. Review the retailer’s linked official rules before entering.
Problems and changes
Use member support to report an issue. Read refund and cancellation information and our privacy notice. These rules do not limit rights that applicable law gives you. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
