Information used by VaultBid

Sign-in provides an account identifier and, depending on the sign-in method, your name, email, or phone information. Member profiles contain the contact and shipping details you enter. We store listings and card photos, bids, orders, scan balances, subscription status, follows, watchlists, stream links, and support requests to operate those features.

Public and private information

Marketplace listings and listing photos are publicly visible. Bidding, buying, selling, and drawing entries require a signed-in member account with a completed profile. Selected promotional card imagery, public display names, shared stream links, and voluntarily submitted purchase review text and ratings may be visible to visitors. Purchase reviews display “Verified buyer” rather than your email or shipping details. Your account details and support requests are restricted to your account and authorized administrators. A paid order’s shipping address is shared with its seller for fulfillment. Avoid including private information in listing photos or public descriptions.

Service providers

Google sign-in is verified through Firebase. Stripe handles payment details, subscription billing, seller verification, bank details, and payouts. VaultBid receives transaction identifiers and status; it does not collect your card number or bank login. Hosting, database, and file services store and serve the website’s records and uploaded photos.

When you choose Scan, a resized copy of that photo is sent to OCR.space to recognize text. Review the photo and remove unrelated personal information before scanning. The provider processes it under its own policies. YouTube or Twitch may receive information when you open or play a linked stream. External websites have their own privacy practices.

Cookies and security

Authentication uses essential cookies. See cookie information. Access controls protect private account operations; no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Access, corrections, and deletion requests

Update your profile from your account. Submit requests to access, correct, or delete information through member support. We may need to verify your identity and retain transaction or security records needed to resolve disputes or meet applicable obligations. Information remains stored until removed through the relevant feature or an approved request; VaultBid does not currently run automatic account-data deletion.

Age and updates

VaultBid accounts and transactions are for adults 18 and over. Contact support if you believe a child has supplied personal information. Updates to this notice will appear here with a revised date.
