Refunds & cancellations

Unpaid Buy Now reservations

Open Orders and payouts and choose Cancel reservation. We confirm that checkout has not completed before returning the card to the marketplace. Expired unpaid reservations are released when the site checks them. A processing payment keeps the reservation while its result is confirmed.

Paid orders

If an item is missing, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, submit a support request with the order number and a description of the problem. Do not confirm delivery while an order problem is unresolved. Keep the packaging and transaction records. Do not return an item until return instructions are confirmed. Refunds require review; submitting a request does not automatically issue a refund. A refund or dispute stops an unreleased seller payout, and a previously released payout may be reversed. Any approved refund is processed through the original payment method. Your applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Pro membership

Cancel renewal directly on the membership page. You retain access through the current paid period. Cancelling renewal does not automatically refund an earlier charge. Contact support about accidental, duplicate, or disputed subscription charges.

Scan packs

Successful scans use one credit. Failed scans use no credits. If credits are missing after payment or you believe a charge is wrong, send support the transaction details. Do not send your full card number. Refund requests for scan packs are reviewed against payment and usage records.

Follow your request

Replies appear in your support requests. Stripe and your bank determine how long an approved refund takes to appear.
