How do fair-chance purchase drawings work?
You set the product quantity, entry period, eligibility requirements, purchase terms, and official rules. Eligible collectors enter free. Selected members have six hours to complete VaultBid checkout; unpaid offers expire and pass to the next eligible entrant. Points are never used for entries.
Do collectors pay to enter?
No. Entry is free. Standard releases give selected collectors a checkout window. Featured bundles may require saved payment details and explicit authorization for an automatic purchase charge if selected; their terms are shown before entry.
What does the retailer control?
You control the products, prices, quantities, entry periods, eligibility rules, purchase deadlines, shipping options, and promotion terms.
Who handles inventory and fulfillment?
The retailer is responsible for inventory, packaging, shipping, tracking, customer communication, returns, and other fulfillment obligations.
Can we run giveaways or link to our store?
Yes. Approved retailers can offer free giveaways and link collectors to eligible products or official rules on their own websites.
How can VaultBid increase our visibility?
Your releases, giveaways, retailer profile, and store links can introduce your brand and products to VaultBid’s community of sports-card and trading-card collectors. Results are not guaranteed.
